What to Watch: ‘Family Guy’

Another season of the hilarious TV show created by Seth MacFarlane came out this September on FOX.

Most episodes center around the Griffin family, who live in Quahog, Rhode Island. Peter (Seth MacFarlane), the dad, is a stupid fat man who somehow manages to scrape his way out of tight situations that usually happen with his buddies Glenn Quagmire (Seth MacFarlane), Cleveland Brown (Mike Henry) and Joe Swanson (Patrick Warburton).

Lois (Alex Borstein), the mom, is a usually calm piano teacher who always demonstrates her love for her family, especially Stewie (Seth MacFarlane), the baby, who is an evil genius with a British accent, who has a secret lab and is always trying to murder Lois. Meg (Mila Kunis) and Chris (Seth Green) are the Griffin kids, who always get themselves into trouble, but get bailed out by Lois.

Finally, there is Brian (Seth MacFarlane), a hardcore democrat dog, who is always loyal to Peter. Other characters include Mayor Adam West (Adam West), The extravagant Latina maid, Consuela (Mike Henry), Bonnie Swanson (Jennifer Tilly), Lois’s parents, Carter and Barbara Pewterschmidt (Seth MacFarlane and Alex Borstein), and Peter’s boss, Angela (Carrie Fisher).

With a successful ten-year run and no end in sight, “Family Guy” will be aired every Sunday night at 9 p.m. on FOX for a long time to come.
