What to Watch: ‘South Park’

Looking for a good laugh? Maybe some genius comedy? Well, season 16 of Comedy Central’s “South Park” is back from a summer break and the comedy is in excess.

Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are back with their insanely hilarious half-hour weekly series. ‘South Park’ is as good as it’s ever been and is sharing some bold views on some recent controversy in today’s news such as obesity, occupy Wall Street, politics, and many other big topics.

The creators have been at this series since the late 90s and have been on top of the animation industry for a while, making ‘South Park’ movies and merchandise seen around the world. They’ve even made a Broadway spectacle that is receiving rave reviews.

So if you’re looking for a great laugh and maybe an update on current events with a twist of their humor you can catch ‘South Park’s’ new episodes Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. on Comedy Central.
