The JV Football team has had a great season this year, many players on the team have grown not only as players but as individuals.

“We had some success,” said Andrew Jensen, the JV football coach. ”Although we struggled in some areas we improved as a team.”

They won their Homecoming game and finished the season 3-6.

“It was always exciting to see the games that we win in order for everyone to have fun,” said Jensen.

Connor Peterson is the JV quarterback and has helped many members of his team stay dedicated and inspired to work harder and improve their skills.

“Connor is a good role model and helps all of us to be better players,” said Troy Naron, a wide receiver on JV.

Peterson is proud of how his team played this season, JV stayed positive throughout their games and played hard.

“We had good attitude and good energy,” said Peterson

Peterson’s coach is proud of not only Peterson but the entire team as a whole.

“Connor did phenomenally well considering this was only his second year as quarterback,” said Jensen. ”He is still learning the offensive system but overall he improved.”
