This week Mr. Clay Sagers, a Spanish teacher chose Cambria Tisue to be recognized as student of the week.

Sagers has many kind things to say about Tisue, such as her always being will to participate and always showing up with a smile on her face

“She is in class every day with a smile on her face and a great attitude,” said Sagers.

With all the different challenges this year has brought it’s hard to see the world with a positive outlook, but Tisue has pushed through it.

“Despite the challenges from covid being able to stay in contact with family and friends influences my positive attitude,” Tissue said. “Being able to think that better things will come when I can see them is what I Look forward to all the time.”

Cambria’s positive outlook on any situation present also influences the people around her.

“She is a very motivated student that always tries her best in whatever she does,” Sagers explained. “She is an example to the other students in the class and one that they all look up to.”

Away from school Cambria enjoys the many different opportunities nature brings.

”I enjoy going on adventures like hiking or driving all around the state,” said Tisue. “I enjoy exploring in the hills and being able to sit outside and watch the stars or sit in the silence of nature.”

One of the last things Sagers mentioned is her strive to go above and beyond.

“I never have to worry about if she is going to get an assignment done and she is always asking questions to try and learn even more Spanish than we are already learning in class,” said Sagers.
