Nomar Aguirre, a senior at Lowry, was nominated as Student of the Week by Mr. Andrew Meyer for always staying ready for class while maintaining an energetic attitude.
“Nomar is always energetic and ready for class,” said Meyer.
Aguirre enjoys working in Meyer’s class because of the interest he has in welding and he believes it is a great career choice for anyone interested.
“It’s very interesting and a great career choice,” said Aguirre.
Keeping a positive attitude and always staying ready for Meyer’s class has helped Aguirre to maintain an A in Welding.
“I’m good on the tests and I know what to do,” said Aguirre.
Aguirre takes a special interest in his welding class and has aspirations to continue on the welding path in his career.
