Each day at 4 p.m. on the Food Network channel you can see a live audience and band with Emeril Lagasse; Masterchef and owner of New Orleans’ most talked-about restaurants; make amazing dishes and tasty desserts.

When the show first starts you are introduced to the band and Emeril himself and he tells you the dishes that he is making for the day. Depending on the topic of choice, you are in anticipation of the delicious courses and desserts that he will make. On Tuesday, January 26 Emeril first made Sweet Bourbon Baby Backs. On Friday, January 28 he made Southwestern-Style Fried Chicken with Kicked-Up Jalapeno Poppers and a Creamy Chipotle-Cilantro Sauce.
