Managing to take two different art classes is a challenge, but Natalie Pacheco can take this on.
Ms. Julia Topholm chose Pacheco as her student of the week as she could see her hard work and dedication in both classes.
“I have her for the second year in a row,” said Topholm. “She is taking advanced art and sculpture this year which is very difficult as a junior.”
Pacheco loves to express herself through her art and desires it.
“I really enjoy art and always had a great connection with it,” said Pacheco. “Handling two classes is hard, but it is a great way to challenge myself to improve and learn from my mistakes in those classes.”
Topholm can see Natalie’s potential and enjoys her artwork.
“Once Natalie learns how to work with materials and the pieces that she is producing or going to be producing from her sketching and planning or structures, they are fascinating pieces to look at when it all comes together,” said Topholm.
