Coach Don Walton of the JV boys basketball team has chosen Sterling Dennis as Athlete of the Week. Dennis is a sophomore on the team who always works hard.
“Sterling played very well defensively in the last four games. He is a great player and leads the team great,” said Walton.
Recently the team played in a tournament held at Lovelock in their first string of games for the season. The team won all four games they had making them 4-0 for the season. According to Coach Walton, he believes this year will be a very productive year and many games will be won.
